Belgrade-Based Company Novi Autoput Offered for RSD 235 Million

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of GP Novi Autoput from Belgrade as a legal entity at an initial price of RSD 235 million.

The most important property consists of a machine-transportation facility with a gross area of 4,494 m2 in Vozdovac. This complex in Kumodraska Street contains: a servicing-repair workshop, a hall with annexes and a basement, a substation, a gas pump, several warehouses, a management building and other features.

The offer also includes the ownership rights on land of 5.27 hectares in Dobanovci, as well as a complex of facilities for the accommodation of workers in Lestane.

The public bidding will be held on December 3, 2021.
