The Municipality of Batocina has opened the public procurement procedure for amendments to the Detailed Regulation Plan of the Industrial Zone Brzan.

According to the project task, the plan is to expand the area which is located in the belt of potential business zones, which is largely undeveloped at the moment.

The current area of 14.5 hectares will be expanded by another 5.11 hectares.

The predominant purpose of the location will be a business-industrial zone for production facilities, warehouses, trade storage facilities and similar structures, and it also needs to be equipped with traffic routes and infrastructure.

The website of the Municipality of Batocina says that only land is provided within this industrial zone, and that the plan is to provide electrical energy, waste water collectors, a management building for the industrial zone, a gas pipeline and to fence off and pave the area.

The land, it is added, is 100% state-owned, that is, owned by the local self-government.

The future industrial zone is located right next to the E 75 highway, the M 1.11 main route (E 75-Kragujevac), the R 214 regional road Batocina-Jagodina and the Belgrade-Nis railway.

The tender expires on November 26.
