MPC Properties, a regional leader in construction and real estate management, acquired Delta City shopping center, and in this way increases its leadership position. This acquisition further strengthened MPC retail portfolio consisting of UŠĆE Shopping Center, the most visited shopping center in the region, BEO Shopping Center, a new shopping destination opened in June last year, Mercator centar Beograd, the first modern shopping center in Belgrade and Immo Outlet centar one of the preferred proximity centers for families.
MPC Properties has the longest experience and expertise in the construction, investment, development, acquisition, and management of commercial real estate, and currently owns and manages an impressive portfolio of business facilities and shopping centers, built to the highest world standards and in the prime urban locations.
