State Lottery of Serbia obtained license for casino – partners: Austrians and Greeks

State Lottery of Serbia will realize turnover of 6.2 billion CSD in 2005. In comparison with the year 2004, all three lottery companies, which operated before founding of State Lottery of Serbia, had total turnover of 1.2 billion CSD – said Bojan Krišto, director of State Lottery of Serbia.

He pointed out that the users of the income from organization of lottery games would be paid 2 billion CSD, whereas the players would obtain 3.5 billion CSD. The profit of State Lottery of Serbia amounts to 200 million CSD, while the expenditures amount to 500 million CSD.

The State Lottery of Serbia has obtained license for casino because it offered €18m. The opening should take place next year in Belgrade with the partners: casino Austria and Greek casino Lutraki - says Krišto and reminds that the State Lottery of Serbia will promote another game in May 2006, as well as that the betting place and the clubs with slot machines will be opened in September.
