Slight Growth of Crediting Activities of Banks in Serbia in November

The overall loan debts of legal entities, entrepreneurs and retail clients in Serbia, at the end of November 2021, amounted to around RSD 3,112 billion, which is 1% more than in October, announced the Serbian Association of Banks.

Debts of legal entities in November amounted to around RSD 1,725 billion and were 1.4% higher than in the previous month, whereas debts of entrepreneurs amounted to RSD 69.1 billion, which is an increase of 0.4%.

Debts of retail clients to banks increased 0.6% to around RSD 1,318 billion.


Among the loans to retail clients, cash loans grew 0.3%, consumer loans were higher by 0.1%, refinancing loans reduced by 1.3%, agricultural loans increased by 1.1% and housing loans increased by the same percentage.

At the end of November, the share of default in loan debt was 3.2%, same as in October.
