No Interest in Purchase of Property of Fabrika Ulja Krusevac

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has announced that there were no investors interested in purchasing the property of Fabrika Ulja Krusevac in bankruptcy.

The initial price at the public bidding was RSD 278 million.

The offer included a part of the property of Fabrika Ulja (“Oil Factory”) – construction and agricultural land in Pepeljevac, 22 buildings, including the filling plant, reservoirs and a hall for the production of biodiesel, as well as a gas station.

The agreement on the privatization of Fabrika Ulja was terminated in 2012, and the company has been in bankruptcy since 2015.
