UNIQA Once Again Gets International Certificate “Customers’ Friend” – Gold Medal “Superior Excellence” for Customer Relations

UNIQA Osiguranje is finishing its jubilee year, in which it has celebrated 15 years of operations in Serbia, with the second prestigious international ICERTIAS certificate in a row and the gold medal “Customers’ Friend – Superior Excellence”! With the certificate of the International Certification Association (ICERTIAS), headquartered in Zurich, UNIQA has confirmed the highest level of the Customers’ Friend program – SUPERIOR EXCELLENCE and the status from 2019 in the prestigious international club Customers’ Friend, which exclusively gathers organizations that are obliged to top-quality, exemplary relations with the customers!

The selection for the two-year certificate and gold medal “Customers’ Friend – Superior Excellence” entailed a thorough analysis in over 20 categories. UNIQA got very high grades in Serbia, successfully going through a detailed process of research and verification, including the reputation, communication and social networks through the relations with the clients, innovations, financial stability, the quality of products and user experience through simplicity, quickness and availability, but also trust, reliability, integrity, transparency and social responsibility. The Customers’ Friend accreditation has additional weight considering the global health and economic challenges in the past period, as well as the results of numerous international surveys, which point to the clients’ need to expect, along with the top quality of insurance services, support through empathy, humanity, care and cordiality.

With the gold medal and international certificate “Customers’ Friend – Superior Excellence”, UNIQA has obliged to continue maintaining an excellent relation with the clients, partners and employees.
