CBS International, the leading real estate consultancy in Serbia, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group, has reached another significant milestone. Inspired by success and with great optimism, CBS International stepped into 2022, a year that marks 15 years of presence on the Serbian market.

Throughout the years of operating, the company further broadened its presence in the region by establishing offices in Croatia, North Macedonia and Montenegro. However, constant in developing, growing and expanding, CBS International recently changed its corporate address and expanded its headquarters in Belgrade at 11 Tadije Sondermajera St, within Airport City Belgrade. The need for expansion of office space came as a result of continuous growth in the number of employees, clients’ base and service lines which the company provides.

Out of the past 15 years of presence, CBS International has been the leader and the biggest commercial real estate services company in terms of the revenue for 11 years (Serbian Business Register Agency), offering full scope of brokerage and consultancy services to investors, landlords, tenants and clients from various industries. At the moment, there is more than a hundred employees, out of which 47 are licensed agents and 5 are RICS certified valuers.

Since its establishment to this day, the company has been assigned to 36 exclusive projects, including projects of leading investors on the Serbian market such as AFI Europe, Shikun & Binui Europe, Bluehouse Capital, Imel and GTC Serbia. It has sold and rented nearly 10,000 residential units and has also assisted numerous international brands enter and expand in the Serbian retail market. In regard to solely commercial space, the company has so far transacted around 750,000 sq m, while more than 200,000 sq m has been supervised by our Facility Management Team.
