Immofinanz to Begin Construction of Second Phase of Retail Park Stop Shop in Vrsac

The Austrian company Immofinanz will soon begin the construction of the second phase at the retail park Stop Shop in Vrsac. With an additional 2,000 m2, the total retail area will reach around 10,300 m2.

As well as the existing capacities, the newly built ones will be 100% offered for lease.

The completion of the planned extension is planned for the third quarter of 2022, when the opening is planned too.

Immofinanz opened Stop Shop in Vrsac nearly four years ago, in April 2018, as the sixth such facility in Serbia. In the meantime, the brand’s portfolio in Serbia expanded to as many as 14 retail parks STOP SHOP, with a total of around 122,300 m2 of the fully rented out retail space.
