Rotor Novi Sad Buys Hotel Elan in Srbobran – Plan Includes Reconstruction, Thermal Spring Boring, Construction of Pools…

The Novi Sad-based company Rotor has become the owner of Hotel Elan in Srbobran. The Municipality of Srbobran has alienated the facility which has not been operational for two decades now for RSD 23,517,417 in the first round of collecting bids, for a sum higher than the official evaluation of the hotel.

The sales and purchase agreement was signed by Radomir Lojanicic, the director of Rotor, and Radivoj Debeljacki, the president of the municipality of Srbobran.

– I am pleased to say that the hotel, which has been neglected for decades and practically one of the biggest problems in our municipality, is now becoming one of the greatest potentials for the further development. We have found an investor who is ready to invest considerable funds in this facility and, importantly, retain its purpose. In addition to accommodation, the plan is to offer other features to guests, and the most important thing is that there’s a plan to bore a thermal spring, which will enable the construction of indoor and outdoor pools within the complex – Debeljacki said following the signing of the agreement, as announced on the website of the municipality.
