CTP Sigma Building Production-Storage Facility of Nearly 37,000 m2 in Simanovci

In Simanovci, CTP Sigma from Belgrade is building a production-storage facility with an administrative and a technical part, in two phases, with a total net area of 36,717.26 m2.

The first phase consists of the construction of the facility, where the production part is on the ground floor and has an area of 13,177.89 m2, and the storage part is also on the ground floor, with an area of 2,051.46 m2, whereas the administrative part is split across the ground floor and the upper floor and has an area of 2,785 m2.

The second phase of the works entails the construction of a storage space of 16,249.13 m2.

According to the construction permit, the total estimated value without the VAT is RSD 3,386,051,647.

The project for the construction permit was prepared by North Engineering from Subotica.

The completion of the works is planned for September this year.
