Belgrade Waterfront to Pay Dividend of EUR 10 Million – One Third Goes to the State

The company Belgrade Waterfront will pay dividend in the amount of EUR 10 million. A third of this amount will be paid to the state budget, since the Republic of Serbia owns 32% of the company.

Last year, as announced, “was the most successful year in the operations of the company Belgrade Waterfront since the beginning of the project”. During 2021, Belgrade Waterfront realized total revenues of EUR 185 million, and the net profit in the same period amounts to EUR 29.5 million, the press release says.
