Concern of Fabrika Vagona Kraljevo Sold for RSD 498.6 Million

Fabrika Vagona Kraljevo and another seven facilities within that concern in bankruptcy, have been sold at a public bidding, at an initial price of RSD 498.6 million, to the consortium of Nelt Belgrade and Prvi Maj Cacak, announced the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.

The first joint sale of the concern of Fabrika Vagona Kraljevo and the seven facilities within it was announced by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency on March 1.

Parts of the concern which encompass rail car manufacture, road vehicles, processing equipment, maintenance, the tool facility, the foundry and tourism services were put up for sale.
