Russian Nationals Found Over 300 Companies in Serbia Since the Beginning of Conflict in Ukraine

Since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, 323 companies founded by citizens of the Russian Federation, have been registered in Serbia, writes the research portal VOICE.

This number of registered companies makes up around 25% of the total number of all active legal entities whose founders come from that state, the article says.

It is added that, in March 2022 alone, nine companies were founded each day on average, whereas, on April 1, 27 were founded. The biggest number, 51, was founded on March 25.

– More than a half of these newly founded legal entities, that is, 169 of them, are registered for computer programming. A total of 246 legal entities are based in Belgrade and 48 in Novi Sad – writes VOICE.

As the portal says, 62 legal entities are registered at the same address, 1 Danila Lekica Spanca Street in New Belgrade, of which 60 for computer programming and 22 on the same date, March 25.
