Ruma Looking for Contractor for Construction of Gas Boiler Centar-Jug – Job Worth RSD 20.4 Million

Ruma has published the tender for the construction of the gas boiler Centar-Jug (Center-South).

The project of the reconstruction and modernization of the system of central heating in Ruma entails the replacement of mazut as the main energy source in the sector Centar-Jug, the increase of the energy efficiency of the production facility, the distribution network and the entire system by replacing the obsolete assemblies which have been in use for 50 years and the implementation of a supervision-control system which will enable automatic operations and remote control and management.

The sector Centar-Jug encompasses the JNA boiler room and the heating pipeline which will connect that boiler room and the individual consumers and heating substations, the project documentation says and adds that the boiler room Centar-Jug covers a heating consumption capacity of 1696 kW.

The estimated value of the job is RSD 20.4 million, and the completion of the works is planned for September 1, 2022.

The tender expires on May 16.
