Industrial Facilities and Building Land of Azotara Subotica Offered for RSD 101 Million

The property of Azotara Subotica in bankruptcy, which consists of building land of 99,098 m2 in total, as well as industrial facilities of various purposes of a total area of 25,420 m2, all in the cadaster municipality of Bikovo, has been put up for sale.

The sale of movable property, consisting of laboratory equipment, has been advertised as well.

The initial price is RSD 100.09 million, and the determined deposit is RSD 40.03 million.

Public bidding will be held on June 3, 2022, at 11 AM.

This is the first sale of a part of the property of the bankruptcy debtor through the method of public bidding.
