AGILOX Intelligent Guided Vehicle (IGV) for a New Production and Warehouse Experience

The patented 360-degree turning system, SWARM intelligence and full work autonomy are just some of the characteristics of this intelligent guided vehicle which arrives from the Austrian company Agilox.

The Slovenian company Gram Commerce, as the official representative of AGILOX Systems GmbH for the area of Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia, offers within its sales program AGILOX ONE and AGILOX OCF, intelligent guided vehicles, which have already reached full application in production and warehouses – for loading, unloading, but also for regular warehouse operations, such as commissioning.

Furthermore, these vehicles also enable an upgrade of the existing warehouse equipment (entrance-exit parts of the production lines, industrial doors, automatic pallet lifts).

Gram Commerce d.o.o. was founded in 1992 in Maribor, and their portfolio features complex solutions for automation in production, storage and dispatching of goods, which are an extension of the work in the field of transport systems, robotics, classic palletization, lifts, manipulation devices, Multi-Mover electric vehicles and protective equipment.

Until Agilox intelligent guided vehicles appeared, Gram Commerce solved the logistics problems of its clients through transporters, lifts, AGV devices, and the questions of how to solve problems in production and storage, where there are great spatial limitations, remained open. In order to solve that problem for their clients, they started implementing IGVs.



Characteristics of AGILOX intelligent guided vehicle

– with its patented drive, AGILOX is more movable and easily maneuvered than any other vehicle within the warehouse – it can make a 360-degree turn in a single spot, move back and forth and avoid obstacles;

– it can turn in the narrowest passageways, open fast doors, lift slanted pallets;

– it has a four-wheel drive, which guarantees a minimal movement radius;

– the most efficient 24-hour operations with intelligent loading cycles, minimal own weight;

– a simple installation – WLAN and electricity for the charging of the vehicle are enough;

– the Agilox ONE model is characterized by a maximum cargo lifting capacity of 1 meter in height for 1,000 kilograms, all with the help of a maximum speed of 1.4 meters per second, whereas the Agilox OCF model boasts a 1,500-kg cargo lifting power, and the maximum object lifting height is 1.6 meters.
