Tender for Design and Works on Construction of National Complex Ukras Sveta Published – Job Worth EUR 32.5 Million

The Public Investment Management Office of the Government of Serbia has published the tender for the designing and the construction of the Center for Early Child Development and Inclusion in Belgrade.

The subject of the procurement are the main design and the as-built design, as well as the execution of the works on the complex, which, as announced earlier, will be named Ukras Sveta.

The estimated value of the job is close to RSD 3.8 billion (EUR 32.5 million). The tender expires on June 10, and the details can be found HERE.

The complex, whose foundation stone was laid down in late January, is meant for children with developmental disabilities, and, in addition to diagnostics and therapy units, it will also encompass numerous other features, such as bungalows for the parents, 3D printers for the making of assistance devices, a pool, a horseback-riding school and a mini zoo. Over 160 people will find jobs at this center, whose completion is announced for the summer of 2023.

The urban project of the complex was prepared by Dizajn arhitektura from Belgrade.
