Construction of new park in Lagator - Recreation oasis in vicinity of Loznica

Finishing works on the construction of a park complex, the future oasis of recreation and rest for the citizens of Loznica, are underway in Loznica's suburban settlement of Lagator.

As people at public company Grad announced, the works commenced in August should be finished by the end of November.

The investment is worth RSD 38.5 million, 30.5m of which have been provided from the National Investment Plan of the Serbian Government, while the rest has come from the city budget.

The park occupies an area of 13,500 square meters, in the location between the city swimming pool complex and Dr Milenko Marin health center.

The park will comprise pedestrian and bicycle paths and a trim track, a tennis court, a summer amphitheater and a pond with thermal mineral water.

The contractor is Loznica-based MN.
