Atlantic Group finally paid money for Droga Kolinska - Vucicevic is leaving
Croatian Atlantic Group, owned by Emil Tedeski, today finally acquired 100% ownership share in Slovenia's largest food manufacturer Droga Kolinska by paying the amount of 243.1 million euros.
Therefore, Serbian companies Grand Prom, Soko Stark and Palanacki Kiseljak, parts of Droga Kolinska, are now owned by Atlantic Group.
According to the writings of the media in Slovenia, Srecko Nakic is going to replace Slobodan Vucicevic in the position of the Chairman of the Management of Droga Kolinska.
Srecko Nakic has, so far, been the Vice-President of Atlantic Group in charge of distribution. Nakic will take over the management of Droga Kolinska these days, although some of the Slovenian media write that that might happen already today, immediately after the final takeover of Droga Kolinska.
Atlantic Group signed a contract with Slovenian Istrabenz in early July on the acquisition of Droga Kolinska, and the transaction was financed from the funds of Atlantic Group, the company's shareholders and the loans granted by UniCredit and Raiffeisen.
