Airport "Beograd" and DynCorp signed Memorandum

Airport "Beograd" has signed the Memorandum of intentions with company "DynCorp International LLC”, which verifies and adopts the draft of the Contract on Strategic Partnership between the two companies. Airport “Beograd” and company "DynCorp International LLC” will form a new “joint venture” based on mutual investments of government and private capital, the report states. The joint venture will build a Cargo terminal and a logistics center, and later it will control cargo transport on Airport “Beograd”. The Memorandum of intentions was signed on January 13th, and the signing of the contract will take place after the authorized agencies have ratified the proposed partnership contract.
