Project of Serbian-Chinese Industrial Park Gets to Location Requirements Stage – Ministry Seeking Expert Help

The cabinet of the minister without a portfolio for innovations and technological development has published the tender for legal support to the realization of the project of the Serbian-Chinese Industrial Park in Belgrade.

According to the technical specification of the tender, the job entails legal support in the processes preceding the issuing of location requirements and the procedure of submitting the request for the issuing of location requirements to the relevant state organs.

The tender is open until June 16.

Let us remind that the beginning of the construction of the Serbian-Chinese Industrial Park Mihajlo Pupin, which is to be built in Borca on an area of 483.5 ha, was planned for 2020.


In 2018, the Ministry of Finance signed the agreement on the construction of this park, which according to the announcements, will bring Serbia EUR 2 billion, with the Chinese company CRBC in Beijing.
