The initial offering of FIN, the first Serbian digital token, of the local startup Finspot, was completed successfully on June 28, the company announced.

During the offering, 20,527 FIN tokens were sold, amounting to a total of RSD 20,527,000 (EUR 174,850), which comprises 58.23% of the total amount of the offering. It is pointed out that the success threshold has thereby been exceeded by nearly 75%. The final preparations before sending the tokens to the investors are in progress.

With the information of the reception of the tokens, the investors will also get instructions for investing tokens in indexes, which are available for investments from today, at 9 AM. The indexes will be filled out in order of the creation of investments on the platform.

– We have an opportunity to congratulate, with great pleasure, all those who believed in our project and who were ready to invest in FIN. We have all together shown that the Serbian market is ready and interested to implement innovations in the world of finance and that it recognizes true opportunities, which have now started appearing here as well – said the director of Finspot, Davor Papac.

Although the offering is finished, those interested will still be able to buy FIN tokens through the Finspot platform.

As said, the process can be initiated with a simple opening of an account at the link https://app.finspot.rs/onboarding/investor. All additional information is available by calling +381 62 337 449.

The Republic of Serbia Securities Commission approved for Finspot, at the beginning of the month, to publish the white paper for the initial offering of 35,250 Finspot Factoring Tokens, of a nominal value of RSD 1,000 and a total issue value of RSD 35.25 million, and it was possible to buy at least 10 tokens.

As a fintech company with a factoring license of the Ministry of Finance of Serbia, Finspot operates in the local market since January 2021. In that time, it has helped a large number of micro, small and medium companies overcome the challenges of liquidity by providing the possibility of the financing of outstanding invoices in a short amount of time.

Finspot has been recognized as an innovative solution by, among others, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, USAID, as well as the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
