Broker: Dunav Osiguranje Pays Dividend

The biggest local insurance company, Dunav Osiguranje, has paid dividend from last year’s profit to shareholders, which was voted for in late April by the GM, the brokerage house Momentum Securities announced on Friday.

A gross amount of RSD 103.44 per share went to the shareholders, compared to last year’s RSD 359.63, when the entire profit was paid to the shareholders.

The shareholders were paid RSD 1.57 billion, which is a half of the profit made in the segment of non-life insurance.

April 28, 2022, was set as the dividend day.

In the past days, the shares of Dunav Osiguranje have recovered at the Belgrade Stock Exchange to RSD 1,400, but they are still deep below the level they were before free shares were distributed to the workers.

Since mid-April, when the trading of these shares intensified, they have lost around 48% of the value.
