Analysis Being Prepared of How Economical All Cars Sold in Serbia Are

The Traffic Safety Agency has opened the tender for the collection and processing of the data of the models of all new cars that are sold in the territory of Serbia.

According to the specification of the tender, one of the forms of reducing the climate change and environmental pollution effects is regulation through the monitoring and collection of data on how economical the model is, preparing a guide for an economic use of the vehicle and the publication of those data.

Furthermore, it is added, Serbia also has this obligation in line with the EU 1999/94 Directive.

These are M1 vehicles (passenger vehicles with up to nine seats, including the driver’s seat, without standing room).

The bidder is obliged to analyze the regulations, prepare a seminar, that is, a lecture for all authorized representatives of producers of passenger vehicles in Serbia to the end of providing thorough instructions for acting in line with the proscribed terms (promotional material, preparation of a guide), to prepare a copy of the guide on economical fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and emissions of polluting matters into the air, to determine the manner of collecting data on vehicle models, to form an algorithm for the selection of the 10 most economical models and to design the tag of economical fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

The tender lasts until July 25.
