Installation of Solar Power Plant on Cacak Student Center Roof Planned – Works Worth Over RSD 20 Million

The Cacak Student Center is seeking the contractor for the preparation and installation of solar panels on the roof of the restaurant at BB Cara Dusana Street. The estimated value of the works amounts to RSD 20,833,205 without the VAT.

The scope of the service for which the tender has been published encompasses:

– the preparation of the preliminary design for a 120-kW photovoltaic plant on the roof of the Cacak Student Center cafeteria;
– obtaining the designing requirements;
– the preparation of the project for the building permit and help in obtaining the building permit;
– the procurement and supply of the main equipment, other equipment and materials for the photovoltaic power plant;
– the preparation of the technical documentation and the obtaining of all the acts necessary for the construction and connection to the power distribution network, concluding with the obtaining of the status of a purchaser-producer (prosumer);
– the execution of the works and the installation of the equipment;
– the functional testing of the equipment and the training of the Procuring Entity for operating and managing the photovoltaic power plant;
– putting into operation the solar power plants;
– the preparation of the as-built design.

According to the tendering documentation, the contractor has to have quality certificates and test certificates for all the built-in materials and equipment, required in line with the current regulations and measures for facilities of that kind. Also, the guarantee period for the executed works is at least 2 years, whereas the deadline period for the execution of the works is 120 calendar days.
