Successful recapitalization of Jubmes Banka
In spite of the fact that the price of shares of Jubmes Banka on the stock exchange was significantly lower than the price of the bank's shares from the new issue in November, recapitalization was successful since 56% of the shares from that issue were sold.
At the proposal of the management, the Shareholders' Assembly of Jubmes Banka adopted the recapitalization, envisaging the sale of 30,000 pieces of common shares (12.9% of the existing number) at the price of RSD 18,000 (right of first refusal) and RSD 20,000 (for all other interested investors). A total of 16,836 shares were sold, while the buyers were mainly juristic persons who cooperate with that bank for a long time.
The largest buyer of shares from the new issue is Sabac-based Farmakom concern, which bought nearly 44% of all shares, while other larger buyers are Beohemija, Hidrotehnika-Hidroenergetika, Banini Trade, and others.
The price of shares of Jubmes Banka on the Belgrade Stock Exchange has been above RSD 14,000 lately, while the value of market capitalization of that bank, with the yesterday's price of shares of RSD 14,279, amounts to 3.33 billion dinars (EUR 31.9m). At the end of the ninth month, the assets of Jubmes Banka amounted to 8.1 billion dinars and the bank's share in the banking market of Serbia was about 0.4%.
