The Ministry of Finance has announced a tender for the development of monitoring software for tracking the contracts outside of Public procurement portals.

As per the technical specifications, the subject of procurement is the development of modules for recording contracts signed on the basis of procurement not implemented through the JN portal, i.e. for which there is no obligation to publish via portal.

Since such a procurement is not published on the portal, it will be necessary to create a special integration with the e-invoice system.

The invoice- and contract-monitoring outside of the scope of the JN Portal, is to be done through the overview of the contracts based on the budget user, the bidder, the amount, payment and the date of implementation.

The value of the work is estimated at RSD 297.5 million.

The tender is open until September 2.

The Ministry has recently announced a tender for the procurement of a platform for analyzed contracts worth RSD 421 million, and the deadline for bids has been extended until August 19.
