Construction of Hotel with 38 Rooms and Wellness and Spa Features Planned in Krupanj

Krupanj could get a hotel on a parcel of 2,748 m2 between Zice Markovica, Vuka Karadzica and Mice Tadica streets.

The hotel will be oriented toward Mice Tadica Street and have a basement and six floors. The rooms within the hotel will have floor areas of 17 to 35 m2 and have one to four beds. Each room has its own part of the balcony and a bathroom. The planned number of rooms is 38, four of which are one-bed rooms and 34 of which are two-bed rooms. There are also two apartments, and the total number of beds is 80.

The facility will be used for the accommodation and servicing of guests with all the necessary features for this type of a facility. The underground level will feature a shared garage, a pool with wellness and spa features, technical and auxiliary rooms. The ground floor will feature an entrance hall, a reception desk, office space and a restaurant part with a kitchen and auxiliary rooms.

The first upper floor features a part of the restaurant with an open balcony, communication spaces and eight rooms (seven two-bed rooms and one one-bed room). The second upper floor features 12 rooms (three of them one-bed rooms and nine two-bed rooms). The third upper floor is planned to have 10 two-bed rooms, and the fourth one eight two-bed rooms. The fifth upper floor features two apartments with four beds each with open balconies.

The entire building features modernist architecture and is full of balconies, which enable contact with nature and give the structure a unique form.

Within this parcel, the plan is to landscape a shared free space with a required green area of 1,365 m2 and pedestrian surfaces.

The construction of an underground garage is planned in the basement of the facility on said parcel, as is the construction of two outdoor parking lots with 10 parking spaces on each.

The investor is a natural person, and the urban project was prepared by Kapital Gradnja from Loznica.
