Nektar bought company for purchase of leather Centrokoteks

The company for the production of juices and the processing of fruit and vegetables “Nectar” from Bačka Palanka, bought a factory for the purchase and distribution of rawhide, “Centrotekst”, from Belgrade, for 146m CSD at an auction in the Privatization Agency in Belgrade. The starting price of the company, which possesses a storage space of 3,000 square meters in Batajnica, was 13.75m CSD, and the new owner took on 18 employees and the debt of nearly 5m CSD. The owner and general manager of company “Nectar”, Slobodan Radun, stated that the large distribution center for “Nectar” juices for Belgrade and this part of Serbia would be opened in Batajnica, and that, if it was profitable, the main line of work of the purchased factory “Centrotekst” would be maintained.

At the auction, the Center for Roads of Vojvodina from Novi Sad was sold at the highest price of 196 million CSD by Nikola Živanović. The starting price of that company was 12.85m CSD, whereas its debts amount to 61.2m CSD. Company Zastavapromet from Sombor was bout at the starting price of 189.5m CSD by the owner of company Srboeksport from Obrenovac, Miroslav Nikolić, who also took on 230 employees and the debt of 220 million CSD.

Novi Pazar-based company Polet, which produces bread and baked goods, was bought by Tomislav Belojica in the name of a consortium at the price of 106m CSD, which was almost three times higher than the starting price. The hotelkeeper from London, Dragiša Ilić, bought hotelkeeping company Zvezda from Brus, which owns two hotels with restaurants and has 30 employees, for 61 million CSD. The starting price of that company was 13.63m CSD, whereas the debts amounted to 6m CSD. Building company ŽGP Beograd, of which debts amount to 59m CSD, was sold at the starting price of 15.05m CSD to Milanko Delić from Belgrade. Another three Belgrade-based companies were sold at the auction – “Tehnika registar kase” for 6.7m CSD, “Invest-biro” for 1.9m CSD and Palace Jadran for 890,000 CSD. Total income amounts to 723m CSD.
