The company Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) has once again denied the allegations that power cuts are planned

– EPS once again announces that power cuts are not envisaged in the operation plans and that plans to cut power are not being made either. Although both the Ministry of Mining and Energy and EPS have denied such information on several occasions, incorrect news are being published in one part of the public, disturbing the citizens – says the company’s announcement.

Lately, the media in Serbia have been writing frequently about potential power cut options and that they could last several hours a day.

The president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, stated on Wednesday that the biggest European countries would face power cuts, but that he couldn’t confirm at that moment whether Serbia would as well.
