Born on July 7, 1939. He graduated from the Graduate School of Architecture of Belgrade in 1965, completed the Master Course in the Urban Planning at the Graduate School of Architecture in 1971, and passed the State Board Exam in 1975.
Professional engagements and experience:
1965-1968 - Architectural designing practice in Paris
1969-1971 - Architect with the Architectural and Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade
1972-1976 - Architect with the Urban Development Institute of Belgrade
1977-1988 - Architect with the MDD Center for Urban Development Planning – CEP of Belgrade
1989-2004 - Architect, Manager and Owner of the Slavija biro Joint Stock Company of Belgrade
He is a winner of the Great Annual Award of the Russian Academy of Architecture in 1987, and Great Silver Medal of the Russian Association of Architects in 1998.
He was a member of the Urban Planning Committee of the Executive Board of Belgrade (1980-1988), and Vice-Chairman of the Committee (1996-2000). As of 2002 to 2004, he was the Chairman of the Expert Council of the Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade, and he has been a member of the Architectural Forms Sub-Committee of the Plans Committee of the City of Belgrade Assembly since 2003.
He speaks French, and his knowledge of Russian is passive. He is married
