"Delta holding" bought "Kozara" from Banatsko Veliko Selo

"Delta holding" has bought about 15,000 stocks from minor stockholders of Stock Company "Kozara" from Banatsko Veliko Selo, the biggest food producer in Municipality of Kikinda, at single price of 10,860 CSD. In that way, this company provided majority control package. "Delta" holds property over 73% of stocks of minor stockholders of "Kozara", which is 45% of total number of stocks.

"Kozara" has at its disposal 1,900 ha of plowed fields, pig farm of capacity of 25,000 pigs on annual basis, silo of capacity of 2,000 wagons and up-to-date agricultural machines.
