Air Serbia to Take Part in “My First Salary” Program” – Contest Open Until October 31

Air Serbia will take part in the Government of Serbia’s “My First Salary” program, created with the aim of stimulating the employment of young people without prior work experience.

According to the company’s press release, the contest is open until October 31, and it will enable the candidates to acquire practices through concrete knowledge, skills and work competences and thereby considerably expand their employment options.

– Last year, nearly 500 candidates applied for practice at Air Serbia, 30 of which were hired, whereas, after they completed the program, 12 of them were employed at our company – Milica Netkovic, GM People & Performance at Air Serbia, said on that occasion.

Interested candidates may submit their applications at the official website of the project.

The “My First Salary” program is carried out by the National Employment Service with the support of the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Office for Information Technologies and Electronic Government and the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia.
