Modern Products for Sustainable Building in Future

Thanks to its excellent raw materials and various investments into new production processes and skilled workforce, Polet`s products have received recognition in an increasingly demanding market. Chamber of Commerce of Serbia has given the right to "Cuvarkuca" trademark to Polet`s thermo blocks TB 25 Optim and TB-20 Optim and classic blocks Giter 25 and Fert 14 as a confirmation of the quality and value created by local workers out of quality local raw material. In addition to building blocks, the "Cuvarkuca" trademark has also been given to Polet`s roof tiles Klasik +, Ideal, Glinex trend and Glinex Trend Engobed Bordeaux and to a selection of Polet ceramic tiles.

AD POLET IGK is also a holder of Ecological Product Declaration (EPD) on Environmental Protection which confirms international sustainability standards for products from the production programs of thermal blocks, classic and partition block as well as roof tiles and clay fittings. The Ecological Declaration is issued by the Institute for Material Testing (IMS) and it is valid for five years.

AG POLET IGK industrial facility for production of roof tiles in Novi Becej uses only eco-friendly materials and within its roof tile program it offers the following types: Glinex Trend, Klasik, Ideal and Ideal +. Polet roof tiles are natural clay products with over 50-year life warranty confirmed by EPD. In order to complete the functionality of the roof and its appearance and durability, Polet offers its customers special clay elements and roof equipment (ridge tiles and special elements, roof underlays, ridge tile clamps and other). New products in the clay blocks program

AG POLET IGK is recognized as the biggest manufacturer of classic clay blocks and large format thermo blocks in Serbia. The production facility in Strazilovo supplies clients with classic blocks, thermo blocks and partition blocks for which it was awarded with a number of ecological and product quality certificates.

The company is continuously investing in product development and it recently presented its new A Block TB-25 Acoustic. The analysis of the sound insulation properties of the clay block with vertical cavities was carried out by the IMS in their Laboratory for Acoustics and Vibration and the tests complied with all issued standards. The sound reduction index was at 54 db. According to valid standards, the threshold for sound absorption and receiving a test certificate is 52 db which means that Nexe A block TB-25 is in line with the highest market standards.

Aside from thermal insulation properties which enable heat accumulation and creatie a pleasant micro climate in homes and office spaces, acoustic insulation is an important factor in construction of residential and commercial buildings. The new A block TB-25 Acoustic is made exclusively of natural materials with no synthetic additives, a logical step in improving the quality of the product.

In addition to acoustic blocks, Polet has recently presented new products in the partition blocks program. Beside the well known partition blocks PB 10 and PB 12, 380 mm in length, Polet now also offers partition blocks 500 mm long which provide for easier and quicker building and simpler handling.
