The planned launch date for the new Hamburg line is May 15, for Gothenburg and Cologne, it is May 18, whereas the line to Marseille will be launched on May 20.
Air Serbia is to continue its flights to Hamburg for the first time since 2019. It had first launched flights to this German city in 2016, throughout the year, but it subsequently reduced the scope of the service to the summer season.
On the other hand, Cologne is among the busiest destinations that are not operated from the Belgrade Airport.
The national airline company will continue its flights between Belgrade and Gothenburg for the first time since the 2013 rebranding. Until then, Jat Airways had maintained flights between those two cities, whereas Air Serbia flew to Gothenburg from the Nis Airport for a short period of time in 2019.
In addition to said new lines, Air Serbia announced earlier that, in the summer of 2023, it would also add to its network Chicago, Catania, Palermo, Naples and Florence. In the upcoming days, new lines will be announced.
