Claims of Seven Banks Worth Nearly EUR 280 Million up for Sale

The Deposit Insurance Agency has offered, for a monetary compensation, the assignment of claims towards legal persons of Nova Agrobanka, Jugobanka, Beogradska Banka, Beobanka, Privredna Banka Beograd, all in bankruptcy, as well as the bankruptcy estate of Investbanka.

Along with EUR 137.8 million of the claims of the bankruptcy estate of Investbanka, there’s EUR 62.4 million of claims of Nova Agrobanka, EUR 29.9 million of claims of Univerzal Banka, EUR 20 million of claims of Beogradska Banka and EUR 27.2 million of claims of Privredna Banka.

Jugobanka’s claims amount to EUR 1 million, and those of Beobanka are worth over EUR 660,000.

Those interested can contact the Agency until January 9 at the latest. Binding bids may be sent by April 20.
