Fourth Attempt to Sell Gamzigradska Banja – Initial Price Reduced to RSD 72.2 Million

Gamzigradska Banja in bankruptcy has been put up for sale for the fourth time, now at a reduced initial price, which amounts to RSD 72,274,178.

The most important property consists of 12 buildings with a total floor area of 5,163.52 m2 and disputed land rights on 4 cadaster parcels in the cadaster municipality of Gamzigrad. Also, according to the ad documentation, movable property has also been put up for sale.

The public bidding is scheduled for February 22, at 11 AM.

Let us remind that the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency announced that the third attempt to sell the company Romulijana in bankruptcy, that is Gamzigradska Banja, had failed as well, as there had been no interested buyers. At the time, the complex was offered at an initial price of RSD 103.2 million.
