Projektomontaza signed work contracts worth RSD 3.2 billion

Belgrade-based Projektomontaza has announced that it signed contracts in early 2011 for construction works worth RSD 3.2 billion. The company will be executing these works as an independent contractor, the leader or a member of a consortium.

Almost all agreed projects will be implemented this year, the most significant of which are: construction of the wastewater treatment unit Makis 2 in Belgrade, construction of custom house complex in Uzice, preparation of technical documentation, and construction of facilities within the energy block and infrastructure facilities at Morava-Ladjevci Airport near Kraljevo.

Projektomontaza is also hired for the construction of an indoor swimming pool in Kragujevac - installation works, construction of a swimming pool shell, installation of swimming pool equipment and fire extinguishing system.

Construction of facilities with accompanying eqipment and internal installations in the location of the complex of Stepa Stepanovic barracks in Belgrade, as well as the preparation of technical documentation, construction of a wastewater treatment unit and plumbing and sewerage installation works on Stara Planina mountain are only some of the projects of Projektomontaza.

The Belgrade-based company also signed contracts for the reconstruction of the boiler room in the Palace of Serbia, works on mechanical and high-voltage power installations at the Electronic Computer Center of the New Belgrade Custom House, construction of a sewerage network for Plavi Horizonti (Blue Horizons) housing project- the main sewer, as well as construction of a sewerage network for Pinosava settlement.

Projektomontaza will also be hired for the construction of the sewage pumping station Surcin and new buildings within the youth detention center in Krusevac.

The company will also build a pumping station for fire extinguishing system at Fiat Automobili Srbija plant and install heating, ventilation, cooling systems at Hall 4 of the Belgrade Trade Fair.

Projektomontaza will also be in charge of installation works on the residential-business facility GP3 in Block 11a in New Belgrade, as well as construction works on access and commemorative square with facilities within the cemetery complex on Bezanijska Kosa in New Belgrade.
