New Office Building and Green Oasis in City Center – BRANKOV Business Center

The construction of a new, modern business center, BRANKOV Business Center, which will enrich, in terms of content, one of the most important locations in the very center of Belgrade, the corner of Brankova Street and Carice Milice Street, is to begin.

BRANKOV Business Center spreads on a total area of 10,500 square meters, of which around 8,000 will be meant for lease. The building has 15 floors, a modern entrance hall characterized by the application of natural, sustainable materials in line with global trends, as well as a green balcony for the tenants on the sixth floor with a view to the capital. The value of this investment is estimated at around EUR 20 million.

Honoring the concept of sustainable development, the new modern office building in the city center will be in line with the principles of green construction, according to the criteria of the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) global standards, with a focus on a healthy working environment, as well as the optimization of energy consumption, which reduces the costs for the tenants to a minimum. The design emphasizes natural light, especially the green roof garden with a wonderful panoramic view, which will enable the tenants to relax within their working space.

The tenants can choose office space from 250 to 650 square meters (NLA) per floor, and another advantage of the building is its flexibility and its tailor-made approach, which enables the users to arrange their part of the space in line with their own needs and demands. The new business center will encompass everything that is an integral part of modern business operations, so, within its complex, it will also provide for its tenants a rich, quality, retail offer.
