Tornik Ski Resort to Get New Accommodation Capacities – Looking for Designer of Apartment Building, Residential Complex Also Planned

The PE Ski Resorts of Serbia has opened the tender for the preparation of technical documentation for the construction of internal traffic routes and a business-service facility at the Tornik ski resort on Zlatibor.

The first task entails the construction of traffic routes which will connect the future planned complex of residential facilities (which is not the subject of this procurement procedure) with the foot of the ski resort.

The location is situated to the east of the existing water canal and the foot of the Tornik ski resort.

Internal two-way traffic routes with two lanes are planned with two bridges across the water, one of which should have the possibility of the construction of a barrier for the forming a mini water accumulation.

The length of the planned traffic route is around 500 meters, including the traffic routes on the planned bridges.

In the neighboring location, a facility with apartments needs to be designed, with a basement and three floors, including the ground floor and the loft, with a net area of around 770 m2.

– Considering the central location of the future facility in the panorama of the ski resort, it is also necessary for it to form the central and orienting point of the foot with its volume and shape – the tendering documentation says.

It is added that the facility should also feature apartments, a lobby, a reception hall, a ski rental shop, crawlspaces, as well as outlets, in line with the already prepared preliminary design.

The tender is open until March 2.
