Battery Conference on March 23 in Belgrade

Emobility Battery Conference will be held on March 23 in Belgrade, in Hotel Metropol, as announced by the organizer, the company Emobility.

Regional experts in various fields related to battery use, not just in the automotive sphere, will gather in Belgrade, as announced in the press release.

Among the lecturers and participants will be a considerable number of people from the automotive industry, such as, for example, Ivan Dogan of Rimac Technology. Professor Dr. Robert Dominko, a world-renowned expert in battery chemistry, is coming from Slovenia. He is one of the most prominent researchers of new materials for battery cells.

Dr. Gerfried Jungmeier has been dealing with environmental issues since the appearance of the first electric cars, and of course, one of the most important questions when it comes to electric cars are batteries.

Dr Peter Kaderjak, the president of the battery association HUBA, is coming from Hungary. This country is the biggest European producer of batteries, and in addition to four large factories, Hungary also has a range of laboratories, small companies, programmers of battery electronic systems…

Then there are also Nemanja Mikac and Dr. Marko Lukovic – the former a very successful Serbian entrepreneur in the field of batteries, and the latter one of the most prominent designers and the winner of numerous design awards worldwide, with a special interest in cars. He will tell us what to expect and which options designers will have when solid batteries truly arrive on the scene.

The day before the conference a forum will be organized at the Belgrade Youth Center, where experts will be answering interesting questions about batteries.

– The battery field is becoming bigger. Batteries are becoming one of the most important products in the world, and not just in the automotive industry, as switching to renewable sources requires the storing of energy for all other electronic devices as well. In short, batteries will be very important in all spheres of life, as in medicine, where they are already saving lives. For that reason, we would also like to present, to young people, batteries and all their possibilities – said the president of Emobility, Primoz Lemez.
