They value their time and their budget; thus, they have high expectations both from the destination and from us (services). When it comes to individual clients, they are mostly looking for services that are not the most accessible to regular visitors, Omeragic says and adds that, still, every agency can set aside one or two of the most desired service.

– For us, it would be organizing corporate events and incentive trips. We enjoy them very much, they are unpredictable, and fun, and most importantly they help us to straighten and spread our knowledge, our interviewee says.

– Montenegro Concierge DMC was created with the aspiration to create and offer special programs with an exceptional experience of Montenegro. We drive inspiration from our surroundings, from nature to culture even from food, which helps us to combine the essence of Montenegro with our ideas - ultimately offering unique programs for our clients. We try to respond to as many “impossible” requests as Montenegro allows it. They truly vary, from the unique transportation to the demand for something that Montenegro doesn’t have a few days before the event. Nonetheless, we like to take up on those requests because in that way we prove that there is always a way to find a solution to everything, Omeragic says.

He adds that at the moment the clients are largely interested in the hotel capacities on the coast, so the largest number of realized projects is in this part of the country.

– We are lucky to work and live in a destination that allows us to respond adequately to almost 90% of inquiries and meet clients` expectations. In the last two years, the trends focused mainly on physical and mental health, which was somewhat expected after the pandemic. We have more and more requests for organizing conferences and outdoor activities so that the overall events enable the participants to experience nature in a new and unforgettable way.
