Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency donates EUR 1.5 million for works on Duboko landfill in Uzice
The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) is going to donate EUR 1.5 million for the completion of the works on Duboko sanitary landfill in Uzice. The money will be invested in the procurement of a compactor, refurbishment of a landslide, and laying of pipes to the Turkish stream.
By the way, SIDA has already donated money for the works on that landfill and it's new financial aid is the result of the fact that the previous donation was spent in an appropriate way, it was announced on Uzice's website.
The City Council of Uzice made the decision at the yesterday's meeting to authorize Mayor Jovan Markovic to sign an agreement with the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
