Hotel Caricin Grad in Lebane Offered for Half a Million Euros

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has advertised the sale of Hotel Caricin Grad in Lebane at an initial price of EUR 472,533.

The sale is to be carried out by collecting written closed bids.

The immovable property, as said, is to be alienated as seen, without the right of the purchaser to subsequent complaints. The final sales and purchase price of the property will be determined after the process of the collection of bids is carried out.

The opening of the submitted bids will take place on May 9, 2023.

Let us remind that, recently, the president of the Municipality of Lebane, Ivan Bogdanovic, stated that a large number of investors was interested in purchasing the building.
