Job of Public Transport Charging in Belgrade Awarded to Comtrade System Integration

The PUE Naplata prevozne usluge Beograd has awarded the job of charging for public transport in Belgrade to Comtrade System Integration Beograd, which has submitted an acceptable bid on time within the public procurement procedure. The job, as said in the decision on the Public Procurement Portal, is worth RSD 217,200,000 without the VAT.

In line with the contest documentation for said public procurement procedure, the public procurement agreement is signed for the estimated value, which amounts to RSD 217,200,000 without the VAT, and in line with the unit prices/percentage listed in the Form of the Structure of the Offered Price – the Decision says.

As said in the public invitation, published on April 12, the job is awarded for a period of 24 months.

This is not the only tender opened by this company. Let us remind that the PUE Naplata prevozne usluge Beograd stopped the tender for the implementation of the solution for the monitoring and accounting in public transport which had been opened two weeks before, and which had envisaged the procurement of software and equipment and the installation of equipment in public transport vehicles.

The public procurement planned the implementation of a unified system which consists of: equipment – which is installed in public transport vehicles, sensors – which are placed on the vehicle, the driver’s mobile phone – which the transporter owns and which the drivers are responsible for, communications network – a radio network in the range between 175 MHz and 900 MHz, software with modules for the monitoring and accounting of the transport of the hired transporters – which is installed in the control-operating center of the procuring entity, vehicle – buses, trolleys and trams owned by the transporters hired in the territory of the city of Belgrade.

The procurement also entailed the installation of the necessary special equipment on public transport vehicles for the collection of information in real time and the monitoring of vehicles. The equipment consists of a communications module, a control module and the aerosol periphery for fire extinguishing and protection of electronic equipment and installations around the place where the equipment is installed in the transporter’s vehicles.

The procurement envisaged for the equipment and the software solution to be installed in 1,600 public transport vehicles, in several garages and in one control-operating center location.
