American Rivian to Employ Over 150 Engineers in Belgrade in 2023

The American producers of electric cars Rivian is actively employing new people in Serbia, as reported by Netokracija.

The general manager of Rivian’s R&D center in Belgrade, Borko Lepojevic, reminds in his interview for the Netokracija portal that the center started working at the end of last year and says that, in these few months, over 50 people have been employed. According to him, the plan is for the center in Belgrade to have over 150 employees by the end of the first year of its existence.

When it comes to job vacancies, they cover the development of embedded solutions, data science, “computer vision” and the implementation of artificial intelligence, the development of algorithms, the development of internal tools and web apps, the development of frameworks for automatic testing and software quality control and cloud infrastructure.

The R&D center in Belgrade is the only engineering center of the company outside the North American continent.
