Pobeda Industrial Park announces capacity expansion

Pobeda Industrial Park, the only industrial park in Vojvodina, is also unique in that it offers warehouse and office space in addition to logistics and production capacities. Strategically located in Petrovaradin, just three kilometers from the center of Novi Sad, Pobeda provides excellent connections with the most important roads in Europe, all modes of transport. Since it became part of the portfolio of the Marera Properties company, in August 2020, more than two million euros have been invested in the thorough reconstruction of existing capacities, as well as infrastructural improvements of roads, electrical networks and water supply.

Pobeda currently has 110,000 square meters of production capacity and 17 hectares of land intended for the construction of new facilities. The construction of the first hall of 4,000 square meters will start as early as this year, and it will represent the most modern space for the needs of production, transport companies or logistics capacities.

The Ministry of Finance passed a decision by which Industrial Park Pobeda is connected to the Novi Sad Free Zone system, which is of great importance for existing and future tenants. Bearing in mind that more than 40 companies of different profiles and activities are currently operating in Pobeda, among which are some of the prestigious international and domestic companies such as Coca Cola, Lagermax and MK Group, the advantages and tax reliefs provided by the Free Zone system to a large extent, they can positively influence the improvement of their business, and therefore the results they generate.
