Cadez: As of July 1st, the open labor market between Serbia, Albania and North Macedonia becomes operational

As of July 1, the open labor market between Serbia, Albania and North Macedonia will become operational, which will allow the citizens of these countries to be freely employed in these three countries for the benefit of companies and economies that are members of the Initiative, said the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Marko Cadez during a guest appearance on Pink TV, the official website of the Chamber of Commerce reports.

He reminded the audience that the "Wine Vision by Open Balkans" wine fair in Belgrade and the wine fair "VinItaly" in Verona were both excellent opportunities for the promotion of the region and new business deals.

- It is important that we cooperate within the region, but also that we talk very actively with the EU in order to gain entry into the single European market as soon as possible and to enjoy the four freedoms. It is not only a question of our economic survival, but also a European economic security question, consolidation of resources, future innovations - Cadez said.

As he added, there is a clear legal model as well as examples of how other European countries have become members of a single European market, and he points out that it is of crucial importance to initiate new communication and dynamics of talks with the EU.
