“Vinofest” in Vrsac on June 30 and July 1

The wine culture festival “Vinofest” will be held for the 17th time in Vrsac this year, on June 30 and July 1, from 7 PM until midnight, on the Svetog Teodora Vrsackog Square, announced the Tourism Organization of Vrsac.

The event will gather over 70 winemakers, from both Serbia and the region, and a rich folk orchestra program has been prepared as well.

– We expect over 7,000 visitors. Wine rating is also organized within this event, and the commission consists of the most eminent experts from this field. The festival, which celebrates the most famous brand of Vrsac – wine, traditionally gathers viticulturists and winemakers from the region and abroad. In addition to tasting quality wines from Serbia, the visitors can also taste wines from Hungary, Romania, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia… The festival is of an exhibition and commercial character, and the International Commission for Rating Wine Samples, which consists of top enologists, gives this festival its competitive character as well.
